July 5 coverage of the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Around 450 people processed with the Blessed Sacrament through downtown Madeira on Friday morning. The procession from St. Gertrude Church to McDonald Commons Park in Madeira concluded with benediction. Following the solemn morning procession around 100 pilgrims continued 4 more miles – mostly in the rain – to the Oratory of St. John Vianney in Madisonville for midday Mass.
